Get Booking Detail

GET

/properties/{tenant_id}/bookings/{booking_id}

Retrieve detailed information for a specific booking, including rooms and guests. Use this endpoint for online check-in flow to get all guest information.

Scope Required: bookings:read

URL Parameters:

• booking_id (required): The booking code. Example: PR00123

Response includes:

• Booking details: dates, status, amount, payment_collect (enum [property, ota, null]), etc.
• Customer information (primary booker)
• Booking rooms with room type and unit assignments
• Guests attached to each room (for online check-in)
• Payments history
• Booking source information
• Note: payment_collect is information about who should collect Payment. Can be ‘property’ if payment should be collected by property, ‘ota’ if guest already pay at OTA and null if value is not specified. Usually null mean that property will collect payment.
• Note: meals is the detailed breakfast list per room (serve_date, adults, children) — empty array [] if the room has no breakfast recorded. Internal fields (price, notes, is_included, created_by) are intentionally NOT exposed. This field is shared with the Update Booking (Online Check-in) response since both use the same relation/resource pipeline.
• Note: services is the list of services used per room: id (service code from the Services endpoint, still returned for a service deleted from the catalog; null for a line not linked to a catalog service, e.g. from an OTA), name, quantity, price_per_unit, discount, total_price, currency, service_used_date (YYYY-MM-DD). Internal staff notes are NOT exposed. Room totals: service_fee (sum of total_price), service_discount, service_charge (= fee − discount); the booking has the same three totals. Also returned by Get Bookings, Update Booking and the Booking Rooms endpoints.
